We also send parcels within the European Union as well as Great Britain.

The shipping cost depends on the weight of the package. If the order exceeds 10 kg, we will contact you.

The price for transport is approximate. The price varies depending on the exchange rate.

ATTENTION!

Below we present some important information useful in case of problems with the delivery made by the courier company.

When receiving the shipment, the buyer should check the shipment for mechanical damage that occurred during transport.

If the package has visible signs of damage (torn cardboard, flooded, dented, wrapping the package with courier tape):

– The customer is obliged to write down a damage report with the courier upon delivery. Then you need to open the package with the courier, check what is damaged and write down the protocol in accordance with the facts! If the protocol is not written down and the customer accepts the package with visible damage without any reservations, we cannot accept the complaint.

– The customer may refuse to accept it and then the package is returned to the sender.

If the parcel has no visible external damage,

and the Customer accepts it (because the outer carton is not damaged) and it turns out that the goods inside are damaged, then the Customer is obliged to report it within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery by completing the form:

and then contact us by e-mail with the application number and its content (a copy of the e-mail received from the Customer Service Department of the courier company) in order to consider the complaint.

If the customer does not report damage within these 7 days of delivery, we cannot accept the complaint!
