Directions for use:
For best results, rub the dust onto the freshly cured No Wipe Top with a cotton bud or gloved finger. We recommend rubbing in immediately after removing from the lamp, thus avoiding abrasion of the effect during application and unsightly empty spaces on the surface. After application, secure the free edge of the nail and cover it with top coat.
